Far Far Away

Far Far Away is a new company selling children's party supplies online.  We collaborated with the client's existing graphic designer to design and build this complex and completely customised Magento ecommerce website.

The complexity with the website design comes from the fact that it is more than just an ecommerce website. In addition to selling party accessories, costumes, toys, etc. the website also has to cater for the party hire area of their business and this had to be separate to the shopping cart.

The ecommerce part of the website is feature rich and includes a product zoom function, size options for costumes and clothing and a wishlist for saving products to purchase later. Since Far Far Away is a party supplies company, we also included a Gift Registry function which allows parents to create a list of items their child would like. A link to the list can then be sent from the website with a customised message and whenever a product is purchased off the list, it is automatically removed to avoid any double ups - brilliant!!

The website also includes Entertainer and Party Hire booking forms, a gallery of items for hire and full blog capability with the AddThis social media buttons allowing pages to be easily shared online.
